Yesterday was my first day of physical therapy. Mostly evaluation with some mild exercises that caused more discomfort than I expected. Today I begin on my own. One question the therapist asked was, "what do you want?" In the context of results. I thought it was a very interesting question overall though. Many forum members have shared life frustrations and so I wonder...when you hear that question what do you think of? Youth, love, health, wealth, a new corvette? So this is my unofficial, unscientific, poll to see just what it is people "want." If there was one thing you could wish FOR YOURSELF what would it be?

I think that the answer "he" was looking for had to dos with your recovery for the PT. Should you realistically expect to have the back of a 25 year old male? Probably not. And, all in all, it depends on how hard you really work at the PT. After all, the better the effort you put forth benefits who? YOU . . .
