We had some fun ~!~ Grilled outside, smoked some salmon, cooked a few shrimp
and roasted a pig *(:>*

My first thought when I saw the shrimp hanging over the edge of the plate - wow those are some big shrimp.

Looks delicious!

We go to an open air wet market at least once a month. We usually buy about 5kg's of Shrimp.
Bring them home and clean them, package them, freeze them, then eat them throughout the month
with each other and guests.

I just measured the plate and it is over 8.5 inches across. The heads were rather
large on this batch.

Seafood is in abundance here. I often buy fresh caught Dorado, Wahoo and Tuna.

We eat seafood most of the week but I still love those cut to order Porterhouse Steaks
