He does insurance plot plans across five states, when house sales are up, he works 12 hour days.
Sales / economy get down real low, maybe 12 hours a week.

Sales are down to the insane levels they were 2 years ago? How is this a story. Everyone knew this would happen, and where they have fallen to is still a pretty high sales level. Maybe in December a big headline will be that it is snowing somewhere in Canada.

The bubble may be ready to burst somewhere, but not here on the Oregon Coast. They can't build houses fast enough to keep up with the demand for retirement and second homes. Hell, just kitty-corner to the end of our driveway they are in the process of putting in 82 high-end condos starting at $400,000. Then there's the new "gated community" they are putting in downtown, not to mention the hundred plus units they're building on the North end of town. Meanwhile the still growing planned comunity built next to us has flooded our lower field with their re-directed run off.

If this thing is gonna burst I hope to Hell it happens fast while we still have some unbuilt land out here!
