what a freakin' game!! That first OT was amazing!

I can't believe that I set the DVR and added the max 2hours to the broadcast and the game went 1:59:55 over. I had 5 seconds to spare!

I went to bed too after the 2nd OT. At that point, the teams were too tired to skate. But before that, the game was a amazing. Bummer to lose that game though.

The winning shot was pretty much a fluke.

But a good game, nonetheless. It ended up being the 5th longest NHL game ever.

As one of those that has posted about spoilers in sports threads, I think that only applies to the title of the thread. I don't think any of us can realistically expect to read a thread about the outcome of a sporting event and not get some inkling about what happened in the end as the thread grows.
