Some More Apple Rumors: .Mac and iWeb

My sisters friend, is an apple rep.

While a lowly position, he says that he has heard some very interesting things from the internal forums.

He says that a spreadsheet app for iWork is a big contender, and is an application called iWeb, possibly for web site work.

.Mac, boosting to one terabyte for HD content distribution.

He says not any hardware that he knows of(probably lying on that one), but does think there will be upgraded shuffles.

Just because it has two clutches, shifts faster, uses a torque converter or has near-infinite gear ratios, requires less driver intervention and is more efficient doesn't make it better in my opinion.

My studio has a bunch of apple reps hanging out because we have a big Xserve system running. They are completely closed mouthed about everything. Won't even hint of knowing anything. These guys are mid-level, some very high.

He would never waste the annual show like this... without hardware.

Without Boston/NY, there is no way there isn't going to be some very VERY interesting hardware out there.

I hope there is a dual core G5 iMac on the way too.

This guy always has an original slant on things. It is a good read for those interested in what may be. I do so miss Claris HomePage.

Google has seemed to catch the iWeb on Apple site.

.Mac having 1TB of storage? I really doubt that. Maybe 10GB, maybe 100GB, but a TB? doubt it.
