It's strawberry time! We're getting this many (half a good size colander full) every two to three days. Not huge but very sweet... Sorry, it's a cell phone shot:

Those look delicious. How many plants for that many berries?

Strawberry season is over here in Sacramento.

100 plus degree temps will do that...

done in Florida too. February is high season for strawberries here.

Seems to be peak here as well. Neighbors down the street set up a strawberry stand right across from our house and we've been mawing down a quart a day. They are both large and sweet! Good thing it was payday last week.

This was my very first thought when I saw the cloud.
