I have three large lists of names. Group A, B, C have some of the same names. I would like to know which names are common and mutally exclusive among all three lists

Is there an application that can do this efficiently? It seems very tedious to do manually. I have Microsoft office and Numbers. Will either of those do what I'm trying to accomplish..? or, is there a Mac app in the app store you can recommend?

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

excel should do it. lots of excel experts on the forum here that should be able to tell you how.
