A friend started a company wholesaling Avocado oil and Chia.
I don't know much about either. Can some one educate me?
He has gotten the Oil into west coast Costco locations.
Sounds great to me.

Funny you should mention this. I discovered the Avocado oil at Costco. I was hoping it would have had some Avocado flavor but it tastes like nothing. I just made a vinaigrette with it with mixed results. I'll keep playing with it.

Avocado oil has a very high smoke point. Great for frying. It is also one of the "good" oils health wise

So your friend is dealing in Chia pets now?

They can have my "Chia Lebowski" prototype for free.

I saw a bag of Chia in Costco yesterday. what do you do with it? all I could think of as I walked by it was why would someone need to grow that many chia pets...
