Usually the 2 methods to update give different file size downloads.

Mine weighed in at 50 MB. I was already running 7.0.2.

7.0.3 is available now?

Working on iPad 4, iPad mini, iPhone 5. Nothing caught fire.

Do the first two items mimic what 1password does? (I don't have 1password, but may not get it if the iCloud Keychain and Password Generator has the basic 1password functionality.

To some degree apparently.

One Forumite was displeased with the latest version of 1Password and said that iCloud Keychain was like the old iPassword.

From what very little I think I understand, iCloud Keychain stores all your saved passwords in the iCloud whereas 1Password does not. Also it's a little more difficult to use on iDevices since there's no extensions in iSafari.

the iCloud Keychain has a Wallet feature like 1Password but you have to put in the security code yourself for a credit card purchase. for that little inconvenience alone i'll keep using 1Password.
