InkDaddy Still Down - Who Do You Use?
Posted by: Panopticon
Date: September 09, 2006 11:36AM
InkDaddy.com has been down since July. [inkdaddy.blogspot.com] Too much time has passed to write this off to a server failure, so I'm guessing they're kaput.

Anyone found an alternative inkcart supplier with good products & prices?

I have used www.ink4art.com for several years with various printers. Excellent generic ink and love the prices and free shipping. Quick service too.

[private.abacus24-7.com]

Lower cost at abacus for my brother 210c and for my Canon IP4000, even with the discount. They ship G&C and OA100 carts.

If anyone ever finds third-party ink for Xerox Phasers, pass it on. Their dry ink cartridges can run about $550 for a complete new set.

I have used [www.TylerMartin.com] with success. I also found an amazon supplier that is cheaper and has good ink for my Canon i560, by a maker called Nectron: [www.amazon.com]

h' ....... what problem did you have with ink4 art, if we may ask? Have used them for several years. Was disappointed to see they've moved from free shipping to only free shipping if order is over $35.

I had trouble with 2 carts from Abacus but none from ink4art. I go through about 4-6
six-pack bundles per year. Altough I have to admit the last carts a I got from ink4art looked
identical to Abacus carts, same color and pull off label.
