Anyone else having problems with the forum?

Strange behavior since I started with this forum: when I try to post, it says that only registered users can post. Yet it shows that I'm logged in. I'm seeing this on latest versions of Firefox, Safari, and Opera.

I've logged in, logged out, and relogged in, still not able to post most times. This is one of the rare visits where I'm able to get in.

The only problem is that clickable links in posts open in a new window.
