Elton John was so impressed with 2Cellos, he asked them to join his band and they accepted. 2Cellos opened for Elton John during the first iTunes Music Festival a few months ago playing Highway to Hell. You can watch the live Festival performance for free on iTunes, but I couldn't find it archived.

Hi everyone,

Sorry to say the costumes are nifty but playing of hard dock and metal on cellos isn't all that new to me. Apocalyptica has been doing it for a very long time, not only covers of Metallica but their own original compositions, too. They're amazing!
