I used to make the Blueberry Muffins all the time with Fried Chicken. Always affordable.

The little cans of blueberries that were in some mixes were great. One could just nick the top with a can opener, suck all the blueberry blood out, and then proceed to make muffins per the instructions.
Jiffy has been using dried blueberries like forever, and they just aren't the same.

I love Jiffy cornbread.

Cornbread and chili.

Yeah, but it was like 35 cents a box and I only made $2.05 an hour and couldn't get enough hours. Now I want some muffins.

Jiffy's "blueberries" are apples.

Or at least used to be.
I doubt if they are anything more than a blob of corn derived crap these days.

Jiffy is a favorite in our family.

Back in the 70s, my sister (probably about 10 years old at the time) wrote Jiffy a fan letter, telling them how great their products were. Jiffy responded by sending her a case of their various mixes.

That was way cool.
