small lcd for use with AppleTV1?

I use my AppleTv1 purely for music playback. I thought it would be nice to have a small screen to see artwork. Any thoughts on what might work and be aesthetically pleasing? It has been modified to output composite video.

A digital picture frame would look nice but I can't find one with composite inputs.

How small exactly? I've seen tiny 13" HDTV sets with composite, HDMI, VGA, but they aren't exactly cheap given their size and generally poor panels. I have a pretty small 19" Sharp HDTV that has a decent ASV panel and connections for component, composite, and HDMI (s video and VGA too, but that won't help you).

$300 to upgrade instead of $100ish. If the device really is going to be stationary, that iPad will be awfully wasted. I suppose if the OP sells the first gen for about $100, only $200 to upgrade, but still.

It is hard to get a quality display (3" to 19") at retail with a warranty for less than $70 without waiting for a closeout. Black Friday might have some good choices if you are willing to wait.
