I totally appreciate their efforts to show me how invasive and slightly inaccurate they are in sharing the information they have on me. Perhaps ebay wants me to schill bid my own auctions? slap smiley

The other day someone posted about a Bean Bag Chair on Amazon. Well I clicked the link and looked at it. Now almost every page I go to there is an Amazon ad for that darn chair & I don't need one, just clicked the link out of curisoity.

There's very little science to marketing but marketers will spend their last dime trying not to perfect the art of it instead. Somewhere, the maxim "if it was that easy, everyone would be doing it" is lost, repeatedly.

True. With the interwebs making it easy to spam millions of users, one hit in a million makes it worthwhile. I read someplace where one sale from 4 million spam emails is considered success. Maybe an urban myth, but it sounds believable.

It's so thoughtful of Amazon to let me know that people who bought cheap generic LC75 ink cartridges for my Brother printer also bought Glad Trash Bags.

That's so you can dispose of the cartridge when you're done with it. Makes perfect sense to me.
