I like Startpage, which incorporates Google results. Their sister site, Ixquick, omits the Google results.
When I'm not satisfied with those results, I go directly to Google, and Bing. I find the latter discovers stuff that Google doesn't, or doesn't rank within the first 10 pages or so.

I was wondering if I was the only one here using startpage.com. I really like it.
