there are so many consumer companies that just suck, when one elevates themselves above that, it's worth pointing out.
Bought a Cappresso frothpro pitcher for making capps and hot choc in January.
The "scratch resistant" on it started to come off after a few months. Don't like to use coated anything, but this seemed to be the best option for the $. The device itself is quite good, very small and easy to clean.
I called their 800 line and Capp/Jura overnighted a replacement pitcher at no cost.
Perhaps the first was defective or perhaps it's a feature. Time will tell.
I can't understand why they want the old one back (at their expense as well), but whatevs ... as the kids say.
so shout out to Capp/Jura for doing the right thing.
