If [some] motorcyclists want to be idiots, fine. But don't involve other vehicles or make other drivers see you kill yourself.
Fixed that for you.
You may say it is wrong to stereotype, but a-hole bikers like this are why most people hate all motorcyclists.

Not much can be done. Not enough motor cops to follow every one, and since most use H-Ds, they would keep up. At least with BMWs and Hondas, they might have stood a chance.
Air support would help them get one guy, assuming it's even available. The most negligent violator and/or the cameraman would be my choice.
This is probably going to be a common event, at least for a while.
This is the kind of thing that gave the Hell's Angels a bad name. It's their Turf.
That was early days. They've reformed, sticking to drugs, guns, murder, and extortion. Motorists are very rarely endangered, and HAs rarely allow those types of riders to associate with them publicly.
