And how do I stop the bloody thing? It's made a brand new MBA utterly slow and highly annoying. What can I use to possibly clean out my system and reduce kernel_task's memory?
Seriously, this is a 2 month old computer, totally brand new, not even refurb and it's slowed down tremendously in the last couple of weeks. It's infuriating.

It's usually Google Chrome that's sucking up space. I'm in the process of closing a bunch of tabs. Both to possibly get my computer fast again and to clear out visual/mental clutter. I don't think it's just Chrome though.
