Help! Need Illustrator File Translated

Here I'm on deadline and I've been begging since yesterday for a logo file from a NYC agency. Finally after 2 e-mails and 5 phone calls it arrives and I can't open it in Illustrator CS! It's supposed to be an EPS file, so that's a mystery. Anybody out there have Illustrator CS2 and can save it down for me?

Otherwise, it's rasterize, baby, all the way...'cause Photoshop will open it and I just can't get involved with more calls to that agency. Heck, it's 2:30, they've probably gone home by now anyway.
