Need a New Good Cheap Host

I need another good cheap host. I've been using DotEasy and I'm very satisfied with them. $25 year for domain and basic hosting. But I'm uneasy about having more sites with them. If there's ever a problem with the host, I don't want it to affect 2 dozen sites at once, so I'd like to spead out a bit. Suggestions? The operative word is here is "cheap."

There are plenty of them in my neighborhood. Although they tend to host very specific kinds of activities.
