Outlook for Mac (Exchange server) questions

I'm wondering how I can do what I'd like to think I could do.

At work, we use Outlook for Mac 2011 on an Exchange server. We can also login from home via the web interface. While I can, I choose not to have my work email pushed to my iPhone. I'm usually at my desk when I'm at work and see mail when it comes in. And if I'm at lunch or away from my desk, it can wait. I also check via the web when I'm home.

However, there have been times when I'd like to receive certain emails (from my immediate supervisor or one or two other people) on my iPhone. Can I set up that kind of a selective forwarding? Is it a major PITA to do so?

Thanks. I'll have to investigate further.
