Wonderful story about Bob Beamon's immortal 29' long jump and the amatuer that took one of the most iconic olympic photos of all time

Great stuff... an amateur on vacation in Mexico snaps one of the greatest olympic photos of all time. Only a few stills of the record breaking jump were snapped because there was an important 400m race on the track at the time, but none that compared to THIS:

Agreed! Great story--one I did not know about (the jumper nor the photographer).
