I've had a T-Mobile Micro-SIM in an iPad2 for about two years ever since they started their free 200MB/mo service, no problems with the service, it automatically started a new 200MB every month and they never sent me any email except twice asked if I would fill out a survey (which I didn't).

Today, they sent me an email to notify me that the new month and 200MB had started, I never got one of these before.

Have others been getting monthly emails? Anyone else get one this month for the first time like me?

It seems to be hit and miss. I have received them before but not every month. I have had the free service for about a year

I get the emails. Haven't checked frequency. Maybe earlier they went to your spam folder?

I get them--got one today for 1 of the iPads and a couple of days ago for the second iPad.

Thanks everyone, sounds like it's their intention to send them but for whatever reason, many people don't receive them consistently or at all.
