Bought some Eneloops, man those are expensive, and got a code for Kung Fu Panda. Wonder if the $2 will also apply when the product actually ships. That would make a heck of a deal for me. Need the batteries, daughter will enjoy the free movie, I'll take the $2 for other media.

A quick cursory look at Amazon it looks like the usual price for that DL is $0.99.

Somehow or other I got 30 days of Prime too. Dammit. I only recall looking to see what the current Prime perks are.

I don't know if you can download it to view offline, I can watch it on Roku. Without this, it would be a $2.99 Rental SD or $3.99 HD, but then it expires in 24 hours. Once you bought it, you can watch it anytime.

Kids watched it today, they seemed to enjoy it.

Amazon typically streams your video library. I can download on my Fire Phone and probably other Fire devices. Not sure if the apps on iOS or non Fire Android devices allow the same offline mode. Pretty sure the Roku app does not allow downloading, just streaming.

Panda is a great flick. Perfect kid friendly comedy/action.
