Have two Christmas presents that have not shipped from Amazon.

Can't locate any place to ask if they will make it before Christmas.

Any ideas?

are these shipping from Amazon, or from third party vendors?

When I place an order, I get an email that says " Arriving: Wednesday, December 9". What does email say?

when you look at Amazon order page, it should say "shipping ..."

I was going to order some tire chains for next week. The page said 2 day shipping for Prime Members. Yet when I went through the process, it said would arrive Wed the 30th. Liars.

I've always been able to check status on my Amazon Account Page. If it has shipped, there will be a tracking number.

M-man says they haven't shipped yet.

But usually, if sold/fulfilled by Amazon, there will be a time frame posted on the items page, and maybe on Orders page in your account.

There must be someone here who knows the current Amazon Customer Service number.

Chatted with Amazon, and they said there is nothing they can do. That I can buy locally one of the items at Toys R Us. Other I should cancel and reorder and they can have it to me on Saturday the day after Christmas

So Since this was ordered on an Amazon Prime account on 12/13, but the Prime expired 12/18 they were treating the packages like 2nd class citizens.

So I logged on too another Prime account, and low and behold, I order again, and it will be here Thursday the day before Christmas.
