This holiday break we've been watching "The Great British Baking Show" (aka "The Great British Bake Off" on BBC) on Netflix and PBS with the kids. They love it so I did some digging and there are four more seasons that ran on BBC but there is a "Junior Bake Off" show that I'd *really* love to get my hands on. Junior Bake Off is available on the UK iTunes store but not the US one. :-( I looked on the BBC website and Amazon UK for DVDs but the show is not available in that format. I looked on BBC America but it's not available. There are some episodes on YouTube but not all and many seem to have been pulled, I'm sure for copyright reasons.

I don't really want be forced into an illegal route, but even if I tried, I don't even know if I'd be successful, anyway. Does anyone have any ideas or know of ways to easily watch BBC shows in the US? I sure wish that they'd just let us pay for the BBC iPlayer and offer all their shows but I've been waiting for years and don't think it's going to happen.

I just want to give BBC my money so that we can watch some of their shows. With their current funding cuts looming, you'd think they'd welcome it but it seems impossible!

my friend runs a Kodi app on his cheap Windows 10 PM and he can watch literarily anything he wants. I remember some Apps inside kodi, one of those was Genesis. YMMV.

Yeah, that one is non-existent outside of the UK. Maybe because it's children? Maybe on PBS in 3 or 4 years.

I have a Firefox extension installed called, "Hola Unblocker," and it lets me access any videos on the BBC web site. Not sure if that'll help with what you want to watch, but you could give it a try.

I just used UnoTelly to access BBC iPlayer but bad news-- only the last two episodes are available, through next Monday and Tuesday, because they only stay available 30 days.

Go to Hola.org and install the Firefox extension. You can then access BBC and use the iPlayer. It works. I just tried it.

Hola was using some of the users bandwidth as a botnet in July 2015. It's not listed on the official Firefox Add-Ons/Extensions site.

Thanks for all the advice! I learned about some new things. @JEBB - We've watched the adult bake off on PBS but our kids want to see the kids' one and it hasn't ever aired in the US.
