WANTED: Emoji for the darned spelling nanny

I truly appreciate the spell-checker we have that looks over our shoulder and makes sure I do not type TOO many offensive words.

But there are times where I type, then correct BACK from the spellchecker, type a new word, RE-CORRRECT the first word back to what I typed, continue to type, RE-*&^*&(%(*&^-CORRECT and curse at the ^*%*^(%(&^ spell-checker.

My wife started calling this the 'nanny', and it's stuck in our household.

As she (most nannies are women, could be a man, I suppose) just changed the correctly spelled word 'are' to 'area' in a sentence for reasons that escapes me (and then forced me to edit the post), I think it's time to have a way to express the instances where the ridiculous misspelling is from an overbearing nanny.

What's a good emoji for our wonderful, kind, benevolent, keeping-me-out-of-trouble silicon Mary Poppins?!

Turn off your spell checker like most of us do...

sekker,

"Dear Spellcheck,

Stop correcting my swear words, you piece of shut."

That should work.

I think I will just put an OUT OF ORDER

I got "spackle" corrected to "sparkle" earlier today, in a text to my daughter. When have I ever typed sparkle? Lol
