I give up ... MWSF 2006 keynote help

I'd like to show excerpts of the keynote to our local MUG tomorrow night.

I know we can stream it, but jumping through the "highlights' in a web stream is, um, lame.

If anyone knows either how to get a good capture at decent res, or where a downloadable file of the keynote can be had, please respond (or PM if you prefer).

Try Snapz Pro X
[www.versiontracker.com]

I think it could work just like the wire tap app that records any sound on your computer. Save it as a qt movie and edit it with qt pro.

Snapz Pro X will work. I've done similar recording of "streaming" videos. But I'd wait to record it late at night, when the lowest number of people will be watching Jobs' keynote. You won't get so much stuttering then.
