It supposedly fixes the problem that causes OpenOffice to crash which was introduced last week with an X11 update. I'm impressed that Apple got two updates out for this within a 2 week period. It also launches much faster than I remember now. For most people, they are either jumping for joy over this update or scratching their heads thinking "what the heck is X11?"

I kind of wish I didn't have to use X11 for some things (I don't particularly like the X-Windows interface), but it does the job and there are some phenomenal apps out there that utilize it (like Gimp, my favorite).
