I've sent two requests for their free samples over the past few weeks. In return, no samples, no call, no automated email, nothing. A simple "We've received your request, and will have them sent out ASAP" would have been more than fine.

So I just called their toll-free, where I get an awkward-sounding "We're busy" sort of message, with a beep. There's no "Please leave a message and we'll get back to you," nor is there a chance to hold for a rep. Just a beep.

So...nah.

I'll take an "I don't know the answer" way better than a company never getting back to me...

I got this message in response to a request for a sample. It was written on 10-6-05, and Louie-the-dog is still waiting. So, even polite acknowledgements don't always get you much. Like, sometimes they get you what you paid for.

"Thank you for participating in our Greenies® Treat-For-All™! We're so happy you decided to request a free sample! You should receive your free Greenies® in the mail in 2-3 weeks. If it’s been more than 4 weeks and you haven’t received your free sample, please send an e-mail to info@treatforall.com."

I'd forgotten, so I just sent another e-mail; we'll see what, if anything, happens.

well, they do great work for the $$, if you want a real live testimonial...
