It probably isn't as great as one of the higher priced machines but for a "bargain" machine maybe?

A few months ago, this was HOT as a pre-order. . .took some time for Amazon to get it "in stock". . .people seem to be raving about this machine though (the ones that finally received it). . .


NOTE

This machine is identical to the Morphy Richards Roma sold in the UK. It is a Chinese made machine that is sold under at least two brand names, the above mentioned being quite reputable overseas. As such, I'm happy to state that you can purchase accessories such as a portafilter and even an espresso pod attachment from the Morphy Richards UK website - items that are seemingly unavailable here in the US.

I'm not sure about the coffee shop boutique snobs part, but I brew up a double espresso when I feel a migraine coming on. Mind you, my machine is a cheap ugly looking MrCoffee thing, but it puts the punch of required caffeine into the little cup, so it does me right!

I wouldn't mind one of those purtty little medicine makers though.

Ooh! A massive murder of grows just flew by. In the strong winds and against the cloudy sky they looked just like so many leaves caught in the wind.

I bought a $100 PUMP TYPE espresso machine back at least 10 years ago. I believe it was a Briel brand (I THINK). It still works but I've moved it to the pantry and will only bring it out when guests arrive. But, that's not very often.

This is probably a nice machine. Especially for a PUMP type machine.

We would like to a Francis Francis but can't afford over $500 for an espresso machine.
