But I though the IRS already gave me my "official final notice."

Nice of them to keep calling and leaving me the same official message (as transcribed by Comcast):

"Hello we have been trying to reach you. This call is officially a final notice from the IRS Internal Revenue Service. The reason of this call is to inform you that IRS is filing a lawsuit against you. Please call our department number on 509-204-2463. I repeat it's 509-204-2463."

Offer to send them a check. Because your credit card has only a $10,000 limit, and you owe $84,000 so a check is the best you can do.

Saint Cloud, Minnesota, where the weather is wonderful even when it isn't.

I've been already arrested with a federal warrant by the magistrate and sent to Gaol. Probably in Mumbai.

I have been getting calls like that.
listening to the whole message at the end it gives two options.
Press 1 to talk to one of our expert Lawyers. Press two to be sued.

I don't think it's the same operation. Unless you are paraphrasing, the English isn't wonky enough.

I just got two of them on my answering machine today. But it was a 201 (New Jersey) area code.
