Thanks, forum-French press issues solved!

I bought this [www.amazon.com] after many measurements, and I love it! There's less to wash and no moving parts. It has its own silicone lid to keep the heat in, and if my mug ever breaks, it's very replaceable. The holes are a good size and don't leave much sediment in my mug. I just stick the infuser in my mug, put coffee in, and pour the hot water. Then, I remove the infuser and dump it out... much easier to clean than the press was. I'm not sure what the ideal "press plunger" would be, but I'm using a shot glass or spice container for now. I would never have thought of this, so I appreciate it!

Cowboy Coffee !
Looks like pour-over coffee without the finicky pour-overing.

Glad you got it figured out.

Yep, it has some elements of pour over as well. I sort of like that... the coffee is hotter than ever now, too.
