I would imagine it takes a while to pour maple syrup out of a bourbon barrel!

We'll be going up to the maple syrup festival in Washington County, IN on Saturday to refresh our supply. Pure stuff, no bourbon though with the increase in bourbon production around here I am sure that this too will follow.
