Huh. I think I have at least one unopened one, and possibly several more official media that are opened but likely still have some value.

Might be a way to pay for that iPad 5 I've almost been wanting.

No I did not. I made much more than you imagine. You did not know all the tricks back then.

The last good OS before they tried to make the os TV.

My Jagwire disks never did increase in value. That's $110 I'll never get back.

probably have all the discs back to 10.1, know for sure I've got 10.6.x
Also have the DMG files from 10.3 to current, USB installer is so much
faster than DVD

Shoulda sold back in 2011 - I got $169.27 for mine back then (although I did throw in free shipping, which ate into the profit a bit)

My Yosemite disc will hit maximum in about 2 years.......oh wait, there are no disks. There goes my retirement fund :-(

Correct. OS X has been going downhill ever since.

You couldn't pry my 10.6 retail DVD out of my hands. Way too useful for dedicated machines (HTPC, arcade cabinet, homebrew media servers...)

10.6 server here.

I remember selling a 10.5 DVD for a nice profit a few years back. Still have my SL disk, and won't part with it. I have a Parallels image of it, and if something happens to it, I can make another one.

I wonder if Apple has permanently stopped selling Snow Leopard then? Not even making a download form available? Surely they'll keep the updates of SL (to 10.6.8) still available.

I have a commercial Dvd of it..just loaded onto my new /old Mac Pro..and I have it intalled on my beater laptop..I'd have it on this one but this a primary internet laptop and it needs to be up to date..
