BIL/SIL bought their house from a guy that had an automotive products company, and he had a couple of custom made utility carts that were absolutely mind blowing. While negotiating to get one thrown in as part of the house sale for $500, the deal segued into a $1,000 credit on the house, when the seller evidently cut a better deal with a car racing team. The cart had full suspension and all kinds of goodies, but that Gorilla unit for $100 coulda been pretty sweet, too.
