So I have setup a new Tivo Bolt. I have setup ONEPass for all my recordings. I even copied the stuff we had not watched over to the new Tivo Bolt.

There are two programs, that have that red X on them that won't allow transfer, I suppose the only alternative is to watch them, delete them, or find them on my Kodi fire stick later....but no way to transfer or watch from the bolt, correct??

Correct, though you might be able to transfer them to a phone/tablet to watch later. Though the iOS app doesn't support HDMI out, but it does work with Airplay Mirroring.

You can get them with a capture box like an eyeTV or a Hauppauge HD-PVR. Both require real-time recording to a computer. That's about the only option I know of short of hacking the Tivo's hard drive to disable encryption and/or the "can't extract" flags, and I don't know if that's even possible any more (it was 15-20 years ago, but even then it was a huge PITA).

How do you copy from one TiVo to another?

The Hauppage HD-PVR that Will mentioned above is a great option. I have one and have used it to get stuff off my DirecTV DVR. The best option for software for it is actually a program written by some of the engineers at Hauppage. I think it's called HDPVR Capture.
