Been using it for years in Safari (currently safari v 10.1.2 in Mac OS 10.11.6). Late last week, started getting a message "This browser doesn't support Spotify Web Player. Switch browsers or download Spotify for your desktop.". Did they just change something on their end? It was working for me in the exact same configuration on my end as recently as mid week last week. Their support doc says:

"The web player is supported by the following web browsers:

Chrome 45+
Firefox 47+
Edge 14+
Opera 32+"

I like using the web player because adblock works at blocking spotify ads. I have disabled adblock now, and same result. I have Firefox and Chrome installed, but Safari is my main/preferred browser.

Anybody else notice this?

thanks, decay. I had done a search last week, but nothing turned up. That explains it. Hopefully either Apple or Spotify makes a change so it works again.
