Digital camera for a kid

Im looking for a tough and decent digital point and shoot for a 13 year old. Doesn't have to be loaded down with pixels, just tough and decent

I would recommend either a Canon a530 or a540. My ten-year-old is getting a a540 for Christmas this year.

The A 530 has been perfect for our 10 yo daughter.

did a little research and got the a530. Should be great.

SteveJ, too much dough for the youngster. Im hoping he won't leave this one somewhere.
