Still at the rehab facility but I did have some visitors bearing cupcakes. Yum!
Going home on Saturday. Been a rehab daemon. They have a four step practice stairway in the PT room, I was ramping up my numbers all last week. Sidestepping since I only have one handrail at home, good leg leads going up, bad leg leads going down.16 steps (up and down), then 32, 50, and 74 on Saturday. Monday, I did 140. Far out. Did lots of upper body work in OT to help support myself on the walker. Leg still hurts mucho but I can tell it is healing. That is a good birthday present.
