Portable GPS with Palm 700P

I have a palm 700P that I would like to pair up to a GPS unit with Bluetooth. I am looking at the Garmin 6000T, TomTom, and the Nuvi 660. Anyone using any of these with the 700P. If so, how is the bluetooth function working out for making hands free calls.

Scooteer, I hate to say this, but I'm terribly disappointed with my Treo 700P, After using a Sony Clie´ for several years I expected the phone/Palm PDA to be a "perfect" solution.

I have found that dialing "favorites" is way too complicated compared to my old Moto V600. For instance, because the keys are domed my finger slip off when I try to "press and hold" to dial an assigned favorite. Then I can't figure out how to assign separate keys to dial my son's home and mobile number when "A" for Adam is already assigned to his home number. This problem holds true for most of my most frequently dialed contacts, most of whom have more than one number. On my V600 I was able to assign sequential quick dial numbers to these contacts. This was much easier to use.

Navigating the different applications was also much easier on my Clie´ which used an earlier version of the Palm OS.

As a phone, I find this Treo leaves a lot to be desired. The speakerphone sucks, even though I added VolumeCare Pro to boost the sound.

I'm pretty well set to return the 700P and get a KRZR K1m like the one I got for my s/o. Unlike the Treo, it has built-in GPS and an impressively bright and legible screen, although it is a lot smaller than the Treo's. Dialing is a lot easier and sound quality is considerably better.

Oh well, maybe I can get my Clie´ fixed?

As I always say, "that's just my opinion, I could be wrong."
