How to gracefully stop iPhone from updating to iOS 11 ? ? ?

iOS 10.3.x is still good enough for now... is there a way to keep the iPhone from continually trying to update to iOS 11? I found where to delete the uninstalled download, but other than that, is there a way to stop the persistent daily reminders, and their series of clicks that are required to merely delay what the mothership believes is inevitable for only a day at a time?
Thanks.
Any other iOS 11 holdouts please chime in, too.

iPhone SE, iOS 10.3.3

Why some people get these daily, and other way less frequently?

.....same happens on Apple TV.......at least twice a week.....message pops up asking if you want to change to 'auto update' and also update to latest OS.....very annoying.....and on the iPad too........

Not getting them daily on my one remaining non-11 device. I have not found a way to stop the nags completely. But I did find a way to stop the High Sierra nag.

With iOS 10, I would get asked almost daily, but now with iOS 11 it is much less frequent. Should be a way to block the update server IP or IP range within your router settings I suppose.

One of the nicer things about jailbreak is that kind of control over my phone.

Still on 8.1.2 to not lose it. I will really mourn the loss when my workarounds for apps that need a newer iOS can't keep up and I have to upgrade beyond it.

I don't believe you can prevent the requests, but you can slow them down.

When Apple releases an IOS update, Apple automatically downloads (but doesn't install) the update to your phone.

As long as the update is on your phone, the system will (frequently) prompt you to update.

If you delete the update, you can avoid the prompts, perhaps, until the next IOS update release.

To delete, go to settings->general->memory management (or something like that) and like for IOS update. You can delete it there.

I'm not sure if this works on the current IOS. It did work on earlier ones.
