Printing to Printer on Airport Express with XP Pro

I have an Airport Express which has a Canon iP4000 connected to it. My Mac Mini prints to it just fine. I have installed Bonjour on my PC and am going thru the following setup process to get it going: (ref: [docs.info.apple.com])

Part of that link states the following:

In the Printer Name or IP Address field, enter 10.0.1.1. "IP_10.0.1.1" is generated as the port name.
Note: If you are using an alternate IP address range, then you need to enter the IP address that AirPort Admin Utility displays for the base station when connected to it wirelessly.

Currently the Airport Express is 192.168.1.106 on a DHCP setup. Is the above going to work? Why does it show 10.0.1.1? Do I need to assign the Airport Express a specific IP Adddress to make this work? Suggestions?

I opened up Bonjour Printer Wizard, an the ol' Wizard saw the iP4000 right away.
