installed Luminar 2018 but not showing up in extensions.

I just upgraded from Luminar 2017 to Luminar 2018

Unfortunately, I am not seeing Luminar 2018 under Apple->System Pref->Extensions.

When I open Apple's Photo, I am also not seeing Luminar 2018 under Apple Photos->edit sliders-extensions.

I see Luminar 2018 in my Applications folder.

I have re-booted several times and Luminar 2018 remains in my application folder and the icon remains in my dock.

I look forward to any info anyone can provide.
