I keep having these thoughts of what OWC might be like this week if it were anything like OCC (Orange County Choppers from American Chopper).

It's less than a week before "the big show" (Macworld), and I'm sure that they must be way behind schedule, and OWC Larry is yelling at OWC Jamie, and they need to get everything loaded into the truck and drive to the show, and there's no frickin way it can all be done in time.

And then in two weeks everyone will be congratulating eachother on how successful their booth at the show was.


BTW: I noticed that OWC Larry was posting often this week, maybe he takes the opposite approach to Paul Sr. and just gets out of the way so everyone can do their jobs.

I know it's like that where I work. Similar at least.


When I go to work after some other guys leave for tradeshows and such I find (more) random piles of crap caused by frantic panicing from the previous night.

Good news is things are pretty under control. Been doing this long enough they ought to be. Truck shipped out a week ago today, so - in good shape - chilling.

Watch the Mac headlines tomorrow though... got a pretty big release at the show.. and 'I think' got a little drop on that going on the wire in less than 7 hours. ))
