transferring info from Address Book into another mac

I need to help a friend transfer her info from Address Book into her other mac's Address Book. I've never used AB, not to sure how to do this.

file->export ...

then

file->import on the other mac

transferring the data file is left to the astute reader

Yeah, got it..sorry 'bout that. It might rank as the easiest thing I've ever done on a mac.
