I've managed to get out for bike ride every other day now for the last week and a half.

After about three months of not weighing myself, I stepped on the scale and was pleasantly surprised to be down 3+ pounds. I haven't been watching my diet or doing anything special -- just my normal eating routine. I like it when that happens. :-)

Jumped rope today and was able to do more than i expected. (we're talking 5-7 minutes tops, here, with breaks to get my breath) then went to dance class to practice a routine for an hour. So i moved the body around a little.

And we should consider every day lost on which we have not danced at least once.

9 miles on the treadmill, 12.2 miles of mostly walking due to the heat and heavy haze from Canadian forest fires.

Saint Cloud, Minnesota, where the weather is wonderful even when it isn't.
