I would try them, depending on how much sugar is in them.

i was annoyed last week when the training had no nutrition info but i just found it online. as far as i can tell the sugar content mostly comes from what is already in the milks used.

I saw that this morning. I don't like the word "plant" associated with what I eat. Be specific. Hemlock is a plant.

Oh, people here especially in San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley (my stomping grounds) are fully involved. I'm sure it's all fine. But terms like plant based and even the word vegan sounds un-delicious to me. I'm forced to occasionally eat at these places and I just feel like I'm throwing money away. Fortunately, Fries are vegan.

They have a popular place called Souley Vegan in Oakland that they can't tell me wasn't inspired by Soul Vegetarian in Atlanta. Our place here can't even get grits right. But it's beloved. My go to Vegan option are Falafels and fries

According to Starbucks spokespersons the plant based protein is from peas and brown rice.

Well, perhaps the laws of physics cease to exist on their stove. Were these magic grits? I mean, did they buy them from the same guy who sold Jack his beanstalk beans?
