Do you have to buy more cream cheese with the coupons? How much cream cheese can somebody eat? Even allowing for a couple of no-bake cheese cakes, it's just too much too much I say!

I think you only get the discount coupons for buy the cream cheese. . .so you don't have to spend them on more cream cheese but then you won't get any more when you buying something else.

I have this vision of people with refrigerators filled with rotting cream cheese: "But Harry, it was free!" :-/

Anyone on Atkins? You are "allowed" to eat UNLIMIITED amounts of cream cheese. Eat it with a spoon like soft-serve ice cream. For a variation, sprinkle crumbled up pork rind bits on top like jimmies. Yum! See those pounds melt away ;)

Get some SPAM, cut into slices and fry it up nice and crispy then slice some cream cheese (make sure it is cold) and put it on top of the SPAM. . .the mix of the salty SPAM and the cream cheese is yummy. ..(make sure the SPAM has cooled of a bit or you will have a mess when you put the cream cheese on it)

(yeah I eat weird food. . .so what!)

:-)

It's great with smoked salmon on toast points with some nice capers sprinkled on top. Put the cream cheese on top of the salmon and it will keep the capers from rolling off, like they often do.

You can also just spread the sliced salmon with the cream cheese and then put the capers on and roll it up like a little sushi roll. Tasty.

Sounds interesting... I actually like spam... And Monday night my mom made my favorite "SPAM CASSEROLE"... YUMMY... It was my grandfathers favorite as well... However, like tuna casserole (see my tread below), I need to eat spam casserole @ my parents house because my wife won't touch it with a 10 foot poll... However, she did try it before so I'll give her a little credit for at least trying it.... Also, Declan our 9 month old didn't seem to mind the spam and noodles and my wife didn't yell at me...
